Fluid Additive:

Engine Oil Additive:
Engine oil additive is a multifunctional additive used to formulate crankcase oils suitable for gasoline and diesel engines. GL 7521 is a highly detergent additive package which possesses excellent thermal oxidation stability characteristics. Premium quality additive is used to fulfill the requirements of lubricating oil for high output engines. The recommended concentration of GL 7521 is added to finished oils exceeding the engine test performance requirements for API Classification.
Recommended quantity is in part synthetic 20W-40 oil formulation for preparing crankcase engine oil to meet the requirements of API service category CC.
GL 7521 at optimized treat levels (based on specific engine test requirements) is used to formulate single viscosity and multi viscosity mineral oil based crankcase engine oils meeting requirements of API service category CC, CD,SC, EDL1, EPL1, ,MIL-B,EDL2, MIL-C, EDL3.

The chemical is variedly applied in following areas:
- Appropriate viscosity at all operating temperatures & conditions, especially at cold starting and high ambient temperatures, ensuring better lubrication
- Ensures enhanced engine life by providing excellent wear protection during starting, when wear is maximum
- Cleans carbon deposits formed in the combustion chamber
- Controls oil thickening by virtue of its excellent dispersive action
- Extends oil life & reduces oil consumption

GL 7521 is a performance package to formulate single and multigrade diesel oils with Gasoline engine capability. It can be rationalized to both higher and lower performance levels.

Gear Oil Additive:
GL 4020 gear oil additive is a premium, extreme-pressure automotive additive used for multi-purpose such as manual transmissions, conventional differentials, rear axles, manual steering gears, final drives and all other passenger car and commercial automotive units. These require an API GL-5 or API MT-1 quality level gear oils.
Formulations of our range include:
- 3.25% to 3.9% by weight to meet the requirements of API-GL-4, Automotive, GL-4 IS : 1118 service Classification
- 6.5% by weight to meet the requirements of API GL-5 Service Classification
- 10.0% by weight to meet the requirements of API GL-6 Service Classification
- 1% to 4% by weight in selected industrial gear oil and grease applications

Hydraulic Oil Additive:
GL 1188 is a premium anti wear hydraulic oil additive package. It is designed for providing excellent filter-ability performance as measured by AFNOR NFE 48-690 and NFE 48-691 procedures. Possessing very good air release properties, the additive is effective in meeting modern fluid requirements. It is developed for both high and low pressure hydraulic systems used for both industrial and mobile applications. GL 1188 is also recommended to formulate thermally stable paper machine oils which are capable of performing in fine filtration systems.
Formulations of the additive comprise of:
- At 1.25%wt GL 1188 can be used to formulate fluids having outstanding thermal stability and filterability for use in high speed, high temperature paper machines pumps.
- At 0.85% - 1.2% wt. GL 1188 is recommended in suitable base stocks to prepare anti wear hydraulic oils meeting most industrial hydraulic specification sheet.
- At a down treat of 0.6% wt., GL 1188 is capable of meeting general industrial specification sheet such as Denison HF-2 and Vickers I-286-S. performance

Cutting Oil Additive:
CONS is soluble cutting oil additive and is a brown color, napthenic or paraffinic oil soluble, bio-stable semi-synthetic product. The additive is particularly recommended for all machining operations. It is available with recommended formulation 12% to 22% by weight.
Satisfactory emulsions can be formulated at 5:1 to 100:1 water to oil ratio in either napthenic or paraffinic base oils meeting the requirements of soluble cutting oil, IS : 1115.

2T Oil Additive:
2T oil additive (GL 2004) is a two-cycle gasoline engine oil additive. It is a low ash additive used in formulating lubricants which are further used in two-stroke cycle gasoline engines where good low temperature characteristics are critical.

The dilution with formulation 5.7% by weight (5.5% by volume) is particularly recommended for lubricants to be used in high temperature applications, such as air-cooled engines. As per the recommendation of the manufacturer, lubricants formulated with GL 2004 should be mixed at the fuel to oil ratio. No pour depressant is needed when oils formulated with GL2004.
Applications of 2T oil additive (GL 2004):
